Canvas Gallery Wraps {check!}

I managed to check something big off my personal to-do list these past couple weeks, something that has been on there forever. I finally ordered canvas gallery wraps of our family for our boring, blank living room wall! I redecorated this room earlier in the year and had this space where I wanted to do some sort of artsy gallery type display. I kept going back and forth between frames or canvas prints, but ultimately decided on canvas prints since they are a little more unique and really pop (quite literally) off the walls. I’m pretty happy with how it came out; and am mostly just happy to see my children’s faces every time I walk in this room. I like to drink my morning coffee in here on the weekends when I can because the morning light pours in and it’s just a peaceful. And now this room just got a little brighter and happier. I know, cheesy. But true. :-)

I also ordered a new one for Jordan’s room from our fun little green chair mini session earlier in the year. The framed print from before this one – a storyboard from when she was 18 months. It only took me almost 3 years to replace it!

I’m cheers’ing myself that I finally got some personal pictures off my computer on onto a wall!

jenjoaz - Thank you Allison! I love mixing BW and Color – with the right combo of strong colors against high contrast BW I think they can work really well together :-)

Allison - Love how you did color and b&w together…I always wonder if you should do that or not but I think it looks great. I have my wall all planned out but I just need to get them ordered. :)

Melissa Madden - They look beautiful! I’m always apologetic when people enter our home, we have only one canvas grid in the playroom with pictures of our girls! I guess it’s like a chef who doesn’t cook for his family! Nice work.

Taryn - Such an occupational hazard. Don’t feel bad that it took you this long… We have NO videos of our kids and the ones we do have are shot on a cheap video camera. One day we’ll start shooting some videos of our kids… One day. Congrats on this monumental accomplishment!!!
