Baby Ella – Round 1Here is the first batch of images from my time in California this past weekend with my dearest friend Shauna and new baby Ella. There is obviously a tremendous amount of trust between us, so that helped in getting some of these images, but mainly because Shauna was so trusting and open to the ideas with Ella. Hope you like this set so far Bon! :-) Even more coming soon…

Oh, Jen… You are simply AMAZING!!! Of course, I cried looking at these photos. Well, cried over my roots but you captured Ella just so perfectly! THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Can’t wait for the next batch with Steve. Love ya!

Thanks James! For the second image I used my 85mm f/1.2 lens which provides a very shallow depth of field. I believe I had it opened up the entire way for that shot.
